How does your custom service work?
EssaySeek.com offers a platform for resolving your academic issues and a place where you can find a writer or an editor to help you. For a more detailed explanation of how our service operates, check the How It Works page.
How do I place an order?
To make an order, simply fill in an order form. It includes two parts: a shorter order form and an extended one. There’s a short order form on practically any page of our website, for easy access. Once you fill it in and press the “Continue” button, you move to the extended form. If you are a new customer, a profile page will be created for you. Remember to reset the randomly generated password for a personal one so that no one besides you can enter your account.
Now, you can select and specify more details about what changes should be made to your draft or what kind of paper you need written, including a deadline and number of pages. Here, you can also upload materials necessary to complete your paper or your draft.
How can I upload materials?
You can upload your draft or supporting materials when filling in the extended form. You can also upload materials later when the order is in progress if it is something that will help your expert. If the uploaded files affect the instructions, you may need to discuss another price for the order. Chat with your expert about it beforehand.
What essay format can I choose?
You can choose from several formats when filling in the order form: APA, MLA, and Chicago/Turabian. If you need your paper written or edited in a particular format, just specify it in order details. Whichever formatting style you choose, that will be exactly what you get when the order is finished. If you don’t need the paper to be edited in a certain style or you don’t need title and references pages, choose “Not applicable” when placing an order.
I lost my password. What should I do?
You can always reset your password using the Forgot Password link from our login page, located under the “Login” button.
Is ordering free?
Filling out the order form and posting it to our website is completely free. You do have to deposit money to your account balance after you have chosen a writer, but not until you find an expert whose skills, offered price, and short preview have been provided to you.
Can I get online tests done by your writers, such as multiple choice tests, check boxes, T/F, etc?
Do you have any social restrictions to your site?
The only social restrictions we have is that we cannot write papers on two controversial topics:
- Gay marriage
If you make an order that relates to these two topics, the order will be cancelled automatically.
When will my order be ready? Can I choose a deadline?
Your order will be finished by the time you have specified in the order details. Any changes in the deadline should be first discussed with your writer or editor through chat because your expert might have a tight schedule or heavy workload. You should negotiate all changes beforehand.
How can I receive the paper?
Once the last part of your paper is complete and the whole order is approved, a file will be provided for you to download. You can download it in MS Word or PDF format by clicking the corresponding button on your personal order page.
How to modify order instructions?
You can change order requirements while our experts are still bidding, although if you need to change the deadline, topic or number of pages, all bids will become outdated. To modify your order instructions, go to your order page and click the “Edit order details” button.
You can also modify instructions after you assign a writer to your order, but you have to first discuss the changes with your expert.
I don’t really like my order. Can the writer revise it?
If you don’t like the direction your paper is taking for any particular reason, we strongly encourage you to discuss it with your expert while the order is still in progress and you haven’t yet approved the part. If you keep updated with your order in real time, it is easier to catch any inconsistencies in a timely manner so the writer doesn’t have to redo a lot of work.
Once you approve the last part of your order, it is set on “Finished” status and considered fully complete. From this point, no changes can be done to it. Revisions can be made only before a part or the whole order is complete.
What is Rewriting & Editing?
These are EssaySeek’s main services. If you need certain changes to be done to your draft, order that change and find an editor who can help you with it most efficiently.
Editing includes slight changes to a draft, correcting the format, and proofreading the text. On average, editing involves making 25-30% changes to the content.
Rewriting changes up to 70% of your initial draft. It covers editing, revising larger chunks of text, and proofreading for grammatical, lexical and punctuation errors.
What is a featured order?
If you want to draw more attention to your order, you can use our additional service which lists your order as featured, which costs $4.95. You can purchase this feature while on the “Bidding” stage of your order. A featured order always appears at the top of all available orders, which means more writers will see it, while you will get a wider choice and more chances for a better deal.

Do all writers have to pass an evaluation?
No worries! All writers and editors who apply to work for our company undergo several tests to evaluate their knowledge of English and other skills. That way, we know that every expert working for EssaySeek.com is well-educated and values working standards in freelance academic assistance. However, it is up to our customer to track a writer’s performance by rating and commenting on his work.
When choosing a writer, you can use the following criteria:
- Writer’s order history with feedback and rating.
- How much you like the writer’s preview provided for your particular order.
What does the writer’s rating show?
It’s an average number of grades given by all customers for whom an expert worked in the past, and it is calculated automatically by the system. You can also see the number of orders completed by the expert you are viewing, so you can get a better idea of how many hits and misses there might have been for that writer. We have a whole Ratings & Awards system to make sure the writers remain in a competitive environment.
What are writer’s awards?
This is another way of motivating our experts to improve their performance and excel with every order. The whole system benefits both customers and experts; since our writers and editors can draw more attention with their achievements, they get more customers. In turn, the customer has additional criteria to consider when choosing an expert for the order. There is more information about this system on the “Ratings & Awards” system. Why do you issue writer warnings?
Although we take great care of the writer’s application process and make sure to hire only skilled and highly qualified writers and editors, there are few guarantees that a writer will continue good work. That is why we have the whole ratings and awards system and encourage customers to resolve any issues at hand while the order is still in progress. We also issue writer’s warnings when we encounter tardiness, plagiarism, inappropriate chat conversations with the customer, or if there is a serious issue a customer has with an expert which calls for an investigation. The writer who was issued a warning has a chance to improve, but if we don’t see any improvements, the writer’s work for us will be terminated.
Where are you and the experts from?
Our company is located in Cyprus, but our experts are all from different places in the world. We hire both English native speakers as well as those for whom English is a second language to satisfy the needs of the majority of students around the world.
CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY, PAYMENTS, AND PLAGIARISM
Can I be sure this service is confidential?
As long as our customers and experts adhere to the Confidentiality Policy, EssaySeek.com can guarantee full security of personal information, including your electronic or physical address, log-in information, real name, etc. From our side, we never share customers or experts’ private data with a third party or make it public. However, we cannot guarantee your security if you share this type of information with your writer or editor over chat, and we have no control over what they might do with it. How do I pay for an order? Is it safe?
You can pay your writer or editor directly via PayPal or load the needed amount of money to your EssaySeek.com account and release payments from your balance. Using PayPal for payments is safe and secure.
Is it possible to delete my account?
Although we would be sad to see you go, it is possible to delete your account anytime. Think carefully before you choose to delete your account, though, because it is an irreversible process and neither you nor the Support Team will be able to restore it. You can create a new account when you decide to use our services again.
How do I actually make a payment?
As a part of the user-friendly interface we constantly work to improve, we have created a procedure that makes it easier for you to control the order process. When you place an order for a certain number of pages to be written, rewritten or edited, the system splits it in equal parts. It also depends on the urgency of your order, so, for example, if you need a 3-page essay in 48 hours or more, it will be divided into 3 equal parts. That being said, your order can be split into 5 parts, maximum. If your order is urgent, under 48 hours, and 2+ pages long, it will be split in two parts. For all orders that are 1-page long, no matter the deadline, the payment will be split into two parts.
Other than that, you manage when to pay the writers if anything in a completed part should be changed. You can pay your writer or editor by clicking the “Release” button. We strongly recommend you to pay your expert as soon as you’ve checked the finished part and are satisfied with it. It will motivate the writer and offer financial security, while any hold-ups may discourage the writer.
Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?
Yes, we can return your money at any time, but only what has not yet been released to the expert. The money you paid using the “Release” button is non-refundable, so check the part carefully before approving it. You can find more details about the policy on the Money Back Guarantee page.
Do you have discounts?
We try to keep a good balance between the wages for experts and service fees, and in turn avoid interfering in the bidding process. This way we can offer affordable price rates for all rather than lower them selectively.
What should I do if my payment is charged back? What happens to my order?
Any amount of money charged back by you or your bank will, in turn, be withdrawn from your EssaySeek.com balance. However, if the amount is larger than your balance, your order in progress will be automatically canceled. If such an issue occurs, initiate a query with the Support Team to resolve it.
Can I be sure my paper is original?
If you have ordered a writing service and want to make sure the paper is original, you can order a “Plagiarism Check”, which is an additional service. It is free for all our customers and you can check any parts of the paper or revisions along the way. We do recommend you to check each part of the order before approving and paying for it so you can make any changes as needed.
